All pieces are made to order in our Florence atelier. Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within Europe and 7–10 business days internationally. Express shipping (3–5 business days) is available at checkout.

We ship worldwide. All international orders include tracked, insured delivery via DHL Express. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn pieces in their original packaging. Bespoke commissions and engraved pieces are final sale. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Store pieces in the provided AURELIS box or a soft pouch. Avoid contact with perfume, lotions, and water. Gently polish with a soft cloth. We offer complimentary cleaning and repairs for life — contact us to arrange.

Yes. We accept a limited number of bespoke commissions each season. Please contact us through our Contact page or email hello@aurelis.com to discuss your project. Lead time for bespoke pieces is typically 8–12 weeks.

All AURELIS pieces are crafted in 18k recycled gold and feature baroque freshwater pearls. We source our gold from certified refiners and select each pearl individually for its unique form and lustre.

Yes. Every AURELIS piece is hallmarked with our maker's mark and the 750 stamp indicating 18k gold purity. We provide full material provenance on request.

Every AURELIS piece arrives in our signature presentation box, wrapped and ready to gift. Complimentary gift messaging is available at checkout.
